Plain terms for a meal-planning subscription. Last updated 13 September 2026.

What Easy Eats is

Easy Eats is a meal-planning tool for generally healthy adults. It estimates calorie and macronutrient targets from your measurements and builds meal plans from a recipe library. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical or dietetic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a doctor or a registered dietitian.

Health and safety

The figures Easy Eats produces are population estimates. They can be wrong for you. Do not use this service if you are under 16. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a condition such as diabetes or kidney disease, recovering from an eating disorder, or under the care of a clinician, follow their guidance instead of these estimates. Recipes list their allergens, but ingredients and manufacturing change, so always check the packaging of what you actually buy. If you have a serious allergy, treat this tool as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or to attack the site.

Subscription and payment

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and part-periods are not refunded except where the law requires it. If a payment fails we will keep your access for a short grace period and contact you. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.

Free trials and promotion codes

Where a trial is offered, it is one per person. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. Promotion codes are subject to their own expiry, usage limits and plan restrictions, and may be withdrawn at any time before they are redeemed.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break into the service, scrape the recipe library in bulk, resell access, or use the service to build a competing product. Do not upload anything unlawful.

The recipe library

The recipes, their nutrition figures and their imagery are part of the service and are provided for your personal use. You are welcome to cook from them, share a dish with friends and print a shopping list. You may not republish the library.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting problems and third-party outages happen.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Easy Eats is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your data permanently. We may end your access if you break these terms materially, and will tell you why where we can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will let you know before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
