recipes with nutrition calculated from their own ingredient quantities, not typed in by hand.
Every plan is assembled from that library by a solver, which is why the numbers reconcile. Your dietary exclusions are applied as a filter before any meal is even considered, so an excluded ingredient cannot appear, in your plan or in anything you swap into it later.
Six things, each of which is the reason someone gives up on meal planning.
Resting energy from the Mifflin St Jeor equation, multiplied by your activity level, then adjusted for losing, maintaining or building. Protein and fat are set per kilogram of your body mass; carbohydrate takes the rest, so the three always add up.
Not preferences the planner weighs up. Rules it cannot break.
Preparation time is checked per meal, not averaged across the week.
Do not fancy Tuesday's dinner? Replace just that meal. The replacement has to clear the same calorie target, the same macros, the same filters and the same time limit, and your shopping list updates itself.
150 g of chicken on Tuesday and 200 g on Friday become one 350 g line, sorted by aisle, with tick boxes that remember where you got to.
Select any combination. The planner filters the whole library before it starts, so there is never a meal you have to skip.
Three favourites, with the figures the planner works from.

Weight, height, age, sex and how active you are. Four fields and two taps.
Lose weight, hold steady, or build muscle. You see the calorie estimate before you commit to it.
The twenty-nine exclusions, plus quick, mixed or any preparation time.
Both at once. Swap whatever you like, and track your weight as the weeks go by.
Your weight, height, age, goals and your whole weight history are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are written to the database, each under a separate key, with the key kept in the server configuration rather than the database itself. A stolen database alone yields nothing readable.
Health values are never put in a web address, so they do not end up in browser history or server logs. Card details never reach this site at all: payment runs through Stripe on Stripe's own domain.
They are good estimates, and they are labelled as estimates everywhere they appear. Resting energy equations are accurate to roughly ten percent for most adults, and ingredient nutrition comes from published composition tables. If you are not losing or gaining at the rate you expected after three or four weeks, adjust the target rather than trusting the equation over your own results.
No. Exclusions are applied as a database filter before any meal is considered, and the plan is checked again before it is saved. The same applies to swaps, including when the optional language model suggests one: the model can only choose from options that already passed the filter.
No. Many recipes are marked batch friendly, the planner deliberately reuses ingredients across the week to cut waste, and choosing three meals a day instead of four reduces how much cooking there is.
Account settings has a one click export of everything held about you, and a delete that removes your profile, plans, lists, favourites and weight history for good.
Easy Eats is a planning tool for generally healthy adults. If you are pregnant, managing diabetes or another condition, recovering from an eating disorder, or under a clinician's care, please use their guidance rather than this estimate.
